Ian Rosenberg has worked as a media lawyer for over 25 years specializing in First Amendment, libel and intellectual property law. He is the General Counsel of Latchkey Films, and was previously an Assistant Chief Counsel advising ABC News. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Brooklyn College, and an Emmy-nominated documentary filmmaker.

Rosenberg graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a magna cum laude graduate of Cornell Law School. He began his career clerking for a federal judge in Brooklyn, and then was a litigation associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel.

Fox (NYU Press, Fall 2026).
